The Postgraduate Studies Regulation stipulates that every registered postgraduate student of the University shall submit duly completed End-of-Session Report Form (Form 6) to the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies within the first month of the beginning of a new session. Completion of the form by postgraduate students facilitates the monitoring of performance of postgraduate students on their programmes.

Every registered postgraduate student is therefor required to collect the form (SPGS Form 10) from the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the School or download the form from the Postgraduate Portal. Results of postgraduate students that fail to submit completed End-of-Session Report Form to the School as indicated will not be processed.

All completed form shall be submitted to the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies through the candidate’s Supervisor, Head of Department and Dean of Faculty for their comments.
